Thank you for purchasing from Encouraging Math. We want you to feel confident when choosing educational resources for your learner.

Digital Products

All products sold through Encouraging Math are digital products delivered electronically. Because digital files cannot be physically returned once access has been provided, all digital product sales are generally final and non-refundable after the download has been made available.

We encourage you to review the product description, included materials, grade or skill information, and license type carefully before completing your purchase.

When We Will Help

We understand that genuine problems can occur. Please contact us if:

You were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase.
You received the wrong file.
The downloaded file is damaged or cannot be opened.
A technical problem prevents you from accessing a product you purchased.

When appropriate, we will replace the file, restore download access, correct the problem, or issue a refund at our discretion.

Change-of-Mind Purchases

We generally cannot provide refunds because a purchaser changes their mind, decides they no longer need the resource, purchases the wrong resource, or determines after purchase that the material is not suitable for their particular learner.

Please review the product information carefully before purchasing. If you have a question about a product before ordering, we are happy to help.

Download Access

Purchases are subject to the download limits and access periods stated by Encouraging Math. Download access is provided to the original purchaser and may not be transferred or shared with others.

Saving a personal backup copy of your purchased resource does not extend the license to additional households, educators, classrooms, schools, organizations, or other users.

Licensing

Purchasing a digital product provides a license to use the resource. It does not transfer ownership or copyright in the resource.

Use of all Encouraging Math digital products is subject to the license associated with the product at the time of purchase. Files may not be redistributed, resold, shared, uploaded to public or shared-access websites, or otherwise provided to individuals or organizations not covered by the applicable license.
